Bronze Sculpture

Creating a bronze sculpture is a meticulous process that involves multiple steps, including the intricate lost wax technique. It begins with conceptualizing and designing the sculpture, followed by molding the clay model and creating a silicone or rubber mold. The mold is then used to produce a wax replica, known as the investment. This investment is coated with a heat-resistant material, creating a shell. The wax is melted and drained, leaving behind a hollow space. Molten bronze is poured into the shell, filling the void and taking the shape of the original sculpture. After cooling and solidifying, the shell is removed, and the rough bronze sculpture is refined through welding, sanding, and polishing, with finishing touches added through patination
